Sausage and Egg Muffins

Description

Ingredients:

1 egg per muffin
Shredded cheese (your pick)
Salt
Pepper
Sausage (I used pork, but your pick)
Garlic bulb
Onion (I used the skinny green and white ones)
Spinach

Optional - BACON, Cavenders, Season Salt

Utilities:

Muffin pan
Food processor/mulcher (can also use a knife, but takes longer... possibly a hammer?)
Cutting board
Mixing bowl

Instructions:

Cook the meats on stove for a few minutes to get some fat out (can also use microwave)

Crack eggs into mixing bowl

Beat the eggs... playing Rocky music while roaring in victorious rage will increase goodness and yumminess (beware of resulting mess, sacrifices for the cause)

Add a few pinches of salt and pepper to eggs

Add Cavenders and Season Salt if you like to eggs

Cut up and/or mulch the spinach, onion, and garlic bulb until fine

Put the healthy green stuff into egg stuff, mix appropriately

Add cheese to egg stuff

Put egg goo in muffin holes, leave a few millimeters from top to prevent overflow

TIME TO COOK

Heat oven to 285F... ish.  Somewhere between that and 300, no need for precision here

Insert breakfast

Let cook for 12min

Retrieve breakfast

Devour amidst lovely smells

Save leftovers for lunch

"Play Rocky music..." LOL! xD

Ou, this sound delicious! And BACON again! xD <3

I used to make something like this. Except I've never been a huge egg fan, so I mixed the stuff into biscuit dough. Not the same flavor, but it worked for me. ^.^ .......But I have never thought to add bacon... How could I? I am ashamed of myself!! LOL xD
I've never added spinach either. That sounds delicious! <3
